We are looking for a dispatcher to join our dream team.

Requirements:

• Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with customers in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.
• Focused on customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and engagement decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of the English language is a must.
• Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish/Russian.
• Experience of working in service companies is a big plus.
• Attentiveness to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up daily routes for service technicians
• Customer service interaction
• Setting into CRM new requests for service
• Working with the service technicians
• Working with marketing platforms
• Keeping track of jobs to be completed and those that are completed
